Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about driving business performance through people?
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our SEADM leadership team and partner closely with business leaders across Southeast Asia.
This role will play a key part in shaping and executing people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities

- Strategic business partnering with senior leaders
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Talent management and succession planning
- Organization development and change management
- Employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Performance management
- Compensation & benefits
- Employee relations and HR compliance
- What we're looking for:
- ā 10+ years of progressive HR experience within multinational organizations
- ā Strong HR Business Partnering experience supporting commercial functions
- ā Regional or multi-country exposure across Southeast Asia
- ā Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or related industries preferred
- ā Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities
- ā Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership teams
