- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and drive people-focused initiatives across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, support workforce planning, strengthen employee engagement, and help leaders navigate organizational challenges and opportunities.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business performance
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace concerns
- Analyze workforce metrics, HR trends, and organizational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead change management, organizational development, and culture enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analyses, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, business units, or strategic HR initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Experience advising leaders on people strategy, change management, and business transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and HR reporting tools is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
