- Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert people advice and guidance.
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage people analytics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.
- Support organizational design initiatives that align structure, capability, and business strategy.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance performance and agility.
- Lead talent review and succession planning activities within supported business areas.
- Identify critical talent and key roles while driving development and career progression plans.
- Support leadership development and talent management programs.
- Coach leaders on performance management and employee development best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant solutions.
- Partner with managers to resolve employee issues and mitigate organizational risk.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Identify people-related risks and support proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead the people-related aspects of organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Support business transformation projects through effective stakeholder engagement and change management practices.
- Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational change initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture aligned with Dechra's values.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to develop meaningful action plans.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational health.
- Ensure successful execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
- Champion continuous improvement across People & Culture processes and systems.
- Support the adoption of HR technology and data-driven decision-making practices.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) and/or Sales organizations.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams.
- Successful track record leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience leveraging HR systems, people analytics, and workforce data to support decision-making.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders effectively.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
