We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing trading technology company in a multi-functional role covering
HR, business development, client relationship management, and onboarding training.
This is a remote opportunity designed for individuals who can
manage people, build networks, and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: USD $3,000 – $4,500 per month (for selected candidates after training)

1-Month Training & Evaluation Phase
All shortlisted candidates will go through a 1-month training and evaluation phase.
This phase is
unpaid
Candidates will receive
hands-on training in Forex & financial markets
You will be provided with
company-funded trading access
to understand the business model
Performance, learning ability, communication, and consistency will be evaluated
Only candidates demonstrating strong performance and professionalism during the evaluation phase will be selected for full-time roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard new team members
- Manage recruitment and people operations
- Act as a Relationship Manager for clients and partners
- Handle client onboarding and training support
- Promote company services through personal networks and digital channels
- Generate leads, referrals, and new business opportunities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Support team growth and expansion strategies
- Coordinate with management on revenue and scaling plans
