Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources required. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Experience using enterprise-wide HR systems, such as Workday, to support HR programs and processes. Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen. Solid change management skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence at all levels in a matrix organization. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to objectively coach employees and management through issues that may be complex, difficult, and/or emotional. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, etc. Strong technology skills and aptitude for learning quickly. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

  • Salary Maximum:
  • $124,455
  • This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
