Job Description We are looking for a motivated HR Intern (Tamheer Trainee) to join our HR team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who wants to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee services, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
- Help coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and preparing basic HR reports
- Support preparation of HR letters and documents.
- Help organize HR and employee engagement activities.
- Provide basic support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements (Tamheer Eligibility)
- Saudi national
- Fresh graduate
- Has an active profile in the HRDF / TAQAT portal
- Not currently registered in GOSI
- Not currently employed
- No previous participation in the Tamheer program
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- No prior work experience required (internships are a plus)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and a team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
