Responsibilities
- Set performance targets and ensure efficient service delivery aligned with customer and parent-company expectations.
- Review operational metrics, guide senior managers, and approve key resource and budget decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and build partnerships with clients and regulators.
- Promote safety, integrity, and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management, including guiding senior teams and leading organizational change.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management capabilities, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Extensive aviation, engineering, or related technical operations experience; airline maintenance or MRO experience is preferred.
- Ability to ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance and proactively manage risk.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence in a complex, high-safety environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as PMP or aviation safety/quality credentials are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Central Luzon and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting.
