**The Turkish Hospital**, in cooperation with **Taleb Group**, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **HR Assistant** to join its Human Resources team in Doha, Qatar.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of Qatar's employment regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and employee administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
- Coordinate government-related processes and documentation
- Support payroll administration and Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar Labour Law**
- Familiarity with **MOPH healthcare regulations**
- Good knowledge of **MOI procedures and government transactions**
- Experience with the **Wage Protection System (WPS)**
- Proficiency in **HR Information Systems (HRIS)** and **Microsoft Office**
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous HR experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals and clinical staff
- Familiarity with multicultural work environments
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
