Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in managing employee records, recruitment processes, staff onboarding, attendance, leave management, and compliance with Qatar Labour Law and school policies.
The role ensures smooth HR operations and provides administrative support to teaching and non-teaching staff.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and school management.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRMS
- Update staff information, contracts, certifications, and licenses.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and staff documentation as required.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist with new employee orientation and induction.
- Coordinate visa, residency permit, and medical documentation processes.
- Collect and process exit documents for departing employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave balances.
- Prepare attendance reports for management.
Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing payroll-related information.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding salary processing.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.
- Support staff welfare activities and events.
- Assist in resolving routine employee concerns.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and school policies.
- Maintain HR forms, templates, and correspondence.
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per hour
