Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Coordinate new-hire orientation, collect paperwork, and set up personnel files.

Help ensure company policies and procedures comply with local labor and employment regulations.
Update the database and documents. Keep track of contracts and renewals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on HR or administrative experience is typically preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, high attention to details, and a strict commitment to confidentiality.
Valid QID and transferable.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
