Hiring: HR Executive – Real Estate Recruitment & Training
Front Demer Real Estates is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard real estate agents
- Conduct interviews and candidate screening
- Train and guide newly joined agents
- Support employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment (mandatory)
- Experience in training and onboarding real estate agents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
