Job Summary

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation.

Acting as a primary contact for employee inquiries, the HR Assistant ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.

This role contributes to a positive employee experience through professional and timely support.

Job Description

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and tardiness.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel information.
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Handle filing, document management, and general administrative support for the HR department.
