Role Description
This HR Apprenticeship Trainee position is a hybrid role based in Riyadh, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
The trainee will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting the administrative functions of human resources.
Day-to-day tasks include involvement in personnel management activities, creating and maintaining employee documentation, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with organizational goals and HR standards.
The role also involves contributing to internal projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management processes and the ability to support HR operations
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management and handling workforce-related matters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including both in-office work in Riyadh and remote work
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
