HR Apprentice - EM HO
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support data-driven decision-making through HR MIS, dashboards and reporting, and the delivery of employee lifecycle processes.
The role offers exposure to HR analytics, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, employee engagement and HR operations.

Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with SAP-HR, HRIS platforms, and digital HR tools is preferred.
- Ability to generate meaningful insights from HR data and metrics.
