Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Administration Assistant to support our recruitment, personnel administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in handling employee documentation, timesheets, recruitment activities, and staff coordination.
Experience in the medical services or oil & gas industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and verify staff timesheets, attendance records, and leave applications.
Conduct initial candidate screening and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Identify and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements.
Communicate with employees regarding HR and administrative matters.
Prepare, organize, and maintain personnel files and company records.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Monitor employee licenses, certifications, visas, and other compliance documents.
Provide general administrative support to management and HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in medical services, healthcare staffing, or oil & gas manpower supply is preferred.
Familiarity with UAE labor regulations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
