Seeking a highly experienced HR and Admin Manager to lead and enhance human resources functions.
The role calls for a strong market network, strategic mindset, and hands-on HR operations expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with market networks and consultants.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Manage employee relations, legal compliance, and conflict resolution.
- Administer payroll, attendance, and benefits; lead performance management and training.
- Supervise office administration and team members, drive organizational culture, and use HR analytics to support business goals.
- Manage compliant offboarding and implement and manage the HRMS system.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws and represent the group companies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership role; 6 years of UAE experience is specified in the posting.
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes, UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience planning and implementing an HRMS system.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- English is required.
Education and certification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration is described as preferred; a master’s degree is also preferred.
- CHRM, CIPD, or similar certification is described as preferred in the requirements, while the license/certification details mark CHRM/CIPD/SHRM certification as required.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
Work location
- Dubai is listed as required; work location is in person.
