Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Identify AI and automation opportunities within HR processes.
• Implement, configure, optimize, and administer Leena AI and related HR platforms.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities with HRIS, HR Operations, and business teams.
• Analyze workflows for automation, prediction, and decision-support opportunities.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, accuracy, and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system testing activities.
• Support AI integrations across HR platforms and SaaS HRIS systems.
• Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use with legal, compliance, security, and data governance teams.
• Develop documentation, training, communications, and best practices.
• Create reports, dashboards, and workforce insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years supporting HR technology, HRIS, HR analytics, or related business systems.
• Experience supporting Leena AI, PeopleSoft, or similar AI-enabled HR platforms.
• Experience with SaaS HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Taleo, UKG, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Experience interpreting large data sets and understanding responsible AI, privacy, bias mitigation, and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
• HR analytics, workforce technology, HRIS, or data analytics experience is preferred.
• Experience training, testing, tuning, or evaluating AI models and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.
• Automation experience with RPA, workflow engines, HR chatbots, or intelligent automation is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise AI platforms is preferred.
• AI governance, compliance, or data stewardship experience is preferred.
