About This Role

Overview

Recruitment and Onboarding:Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.

Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Foster a positive work environment and address workplace issues.

Performance Management:Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
