Role overview
Permanent, full-time HR Advisor role with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Provides professional HR services and advice to employees, workers, and managers.
The role is based at Link’s Falkirk office, with hybrid working available; alternative working arrangements may be considered.
Key accountabilities
- Support managers with day-to-day people governance and fair, consistent application of HR policies.
- Support sickness absence management, employee relations investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support flexible working requests and administer job evaluation processes.
- Provide HR services in line with legislation, corporate governance, best practice, business needs, and budgets.
Candidate requirements
- Relevant professional or postgraduate qualification, or working toward one; Associate-level CIPD qualification, or working toward it.
- Experience delivering HR services across multiple disciplines, including employee relations, organisational change, recruitment, and the employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of employment law and GDPR as applied to equalities, recruitment, employment contracts, and employee relations.
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft systems knowledge, and HR information system experience.
- Strong prioritisation, communication, influencing, problem-solving, accuracy, planning, integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Full driving licence and car, or ability to travel across multiple sites.
