Provide day-to-day HR administrative support in a busy, project-driven environment, working with employees, managers, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and pre-employment compliance processes.
- Assist with employee queries, HR systems, recruitment and mobilisation activities, reporting, and ad hoc projects.
- Liaise with managers and employees across project and office-based teams.
About you
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or other project-based experience is highly regarded.
- Bring attention to detail, confidentiality, organisation, time management, and confident stakeholder communication.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a proactive approach.
Compensation
- Salary up to $120,000 plus superannuation; no salary cadence is specified.
