HR Administrator

Eurogulf Safety Consultants (Our Parental Company) is seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our Head Office in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR, administration, employee relations, and office operations while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Coordinate with government authorities and support PRO-related activities.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Support business development and client coordination activities when required.

Handle staff queries and provide administrative support to management.

Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in HR and Administration.

Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Experience in PRO activities will be an added advantage.

Sales and marketing experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Professional attitude with strong teamwork and team-building skills.

Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
