Role overview

Role responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files; prepare employment letters, contracts, forms, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee departures, and personnel documentation; track attendance, leave balances, employee information, and HR records.
• Assist with payroll preparation by verifying attendance and employee data; respond to routine employee inquiries and coordinate with departments.
• Support HR reporting, policy documentation, and process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of HR administration or similar administrative experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, accuracy, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and task-prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and UAE employment documentation is an advantage.
