HR & Administration Officer

Role context

HR and employee administration

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation; maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee visa, Iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, and labor-related processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions; support payroll preparation with accurate employee data and timesheets.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and benefits administration, contract renewals, probation evaluations, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations issues and respond to HR inquiries.

Office and operational support

• Manage office supplies, accommodation arrangements, and company documentation.
• Coordinate driver and operational staff documentation, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR reporting, workforce planning, and process improvements.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; logistics, transportation, or fleet operations experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Fluency in English is required.

Work location

• Work is in person at the Jeddah main office.
