Overview
We are a fast-growing business group based in Dubai, operating across Real Estate, Interior Design & Fit-Out, Contracting, and related businesses.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced **Female** HR & Administration Manager to build and lead our HR function, develop internal systems, and support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Build organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines.
- Establish and manage employee performance appraisal and KPI systems.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and government regulations.
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with department managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Improve HR processes through HRMS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
- Support senior management in building a high-performance organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
