Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to;
Hr Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and visa/labor processing (MOHRE, GDRFA).
- Implement HR policies, manage grievances, and conduct exit formalities.
Admin Functions
- Oversee daily office administration, facility management, and procurement of supplies.
- Manage staff accommodation, company vehicles, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth administrative support across all departments.
