HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.
• Handle employee-related processes including visa applications, QID processing, medical procedures, and government documentation.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and general administrative requirements.
• Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.
• Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
• Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
