Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR & Admin Executive** to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, office administration, and general HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
  • Handle visa, medical, and government documentation.
  • Support employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office administration, stationery, and office assets.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vendor services.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP is an advantage.
