Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR & Admin Executive** to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, office administration, and general HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Handle visa, medical, and government documentation.
- Support employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage office administration, stationery, and office assets.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vendor services.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP is an advantage.
