Overview

Looking for an HR Executive with proven track record in independently and successfully handling Recruitment, Induction, Performance Management and HR Administration in a progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Fulfil company’s staffing needs systematically by identifying human resource requirements (clear job descriptions, skills, and competencies), attracting potential candidates through job portals and platforms, shortlisting candidates through objective screening methods, conducting/facilitating interviews, conducting background / reference checks and negotiating/finalizing employment contracts.

2.

Induction, Onboarding and Training: Design, implement and manage systems, processes and materials required to effectively induct, onboard and train newly recruited employees to bring them to productivity and performance at the shortest time.

3. Performance Management: Design, implement and manage systems, processes and materials required to effectively set Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for/with every employee (in line with organizational objectives and directions), appraise employee performance objectively at specific intervals, understand development requirements and facilitate training/development to ensure active performance evaluation and management within the company, improve employee morale and facilitate growth of the company.

4. HR Administration: Handle new/renewal/termination of employment contracts, visas, medical insurances, attendance monitoring, overtime monitoring and recording, leave administration, payroll, gratuity, compensation & benefits, implementation of policies and procedures, maintenance of employee records and files, grievance/conflict resolution, etc.

5.

Office Administration: New/Renewal of Tenancy Contracts, Licenses, Registrations & Certifications, Insurance Policies, Vehicle Registrations, Stocking of Office Stationery, Maintaining office cleanliness and décor, and other General office administration responsibilities.
