**HR & Accounting / Accounting & Admin Officer –** Payroll, Admin,VAT & Corporate Tax Experience
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Accounting / Accounting & Admin Officer to join our team .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, accounting functions, payroll, VAT compliance, and general administrative duties while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Human Resources Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Process employment contracts, visa applications, labour permits, Emirates ID renewals, and medical insurance.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and HR correspondence.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR reports.
- Coordinate payroll processing through the WPS system.
Accounting & Administration Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier payments, and petty cash.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare payroll reports and support salary disbursement.
- Assist with VAT reconciliation, VAT return filing, and FTA compliance.
- Support UAE Corporate Tax documentation and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and administrative reports.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and company documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and government authorities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in HR and Accounting, or Accounting and Administration.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, or contracting companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processing, and the WPS system.
- Hands-on experience in VAT filing, VAT reconciliation, and FTA regulations.
- Basic understanding of UAE Corporate Tax compliance and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xero Accounting Software, and ERP systems.
- Experience with HRMS and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
