Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and recommend technical solutions.
• Implement system architectures, design documentation, configuration plans, and testing frameworks.
• Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide proactive support.
• Document solutions, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Share best practices and standardized processes across projects.
• Use configuration management and version control techniques.
• Conduct customer system health checks and improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to incorporate client feedback.
• Prepare technical reports and stakeholder updates.
• Support project implementation, configuration, integration, and performance tuning.

Candidate requirements

• At least two years of experience with vocational education in technical consulting, customer support, healthcare, or an equivalent area, or a bachelor's degree with no prior experience.

How teams work

• Office-based teams work in person at least three days per week.
• Roles explicitly designated onsite require full-time presence at company facilities; field roles are generally based at customer or supplier locations.
