Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of apartment complex, housing, villas, and residential buildings.
- Manage maintenance staff for repairs and renovations.
- Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets.
- Delegate tasks to team members and conduct training.
- Meet with POC to assess needs and develop plans.
- Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements.
- Maintain contracts and housing documents.
- Send housing daily tracker report.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of units.
- Conduct evictions when necessary.
Requirements
- Possesses diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in property management, staff housing or facility management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, speaks fluent English and Arabic is preferred
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

Job Overview
- A housing lead is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of an apartment complex, housing, villas, and residential building to ensure that the residents are happy and satisfied with their living situations.
- Responsible for managing the maintenance staff who take care of any repairs or renovations that need to be done around the property.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day activities of the department
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Meeting with POC to assess needs and develop plans to address them
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
- Maintain contracts and Housing documents
- Send housing daily tracker report
- Heads up the management for the validity
- Coordinating with contractors to repair or replace broken appliances, plumbing systems, or other building materials as needed
- Conducting regular inspections of units to identify maintenance issues before they become major problems
- Conducting evictions when necessary to remove tenants who violate lease agreements or commit illegal acts on the property.
Qualification & Experience
- Possesses diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in property management, staff housing or facility management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, speaks fluent English and Arabic is preferred
