You'll also provide financial administration support through raising purchase orders, processing invoices, managing payment enquiries and handling council tax queries.
  • A key part of the role will involve responding to enquiries from customers and colleagues via telephone, email, face-to-face contact and written correspondence. You'll ensure information is accurately recorded, systems remain up to date and customer issues, including complaints, are resolved promptly and effectively.
