المهام:
- الإشراف على فريق التدبير الفندقي وضمان جودة الخدمة.
- متابعة تطبيق معايير النظافة والسلامة.
- تدريب العاملين وتوزيع المهام اليومية
- إعداد تقارير يومية للإدارة والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة سابقة في فنادق 4 نجوم أو أكثر.
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية.
