As a
Housekeeping Supervisor,
you will lead and support the housekeeping team in delivering immaculate guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas that reflect the elevated luxury standards of the FAENA brand.
This role is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, conducting inspections, supporting team training, and ensuring Forbes-level cleanliness, presentation, and guest service standards are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping attendants and assign daily cleaning tasks and operational priorities
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
- Conduct quality inspections aligned with Forbes 5-star and FAENA luxury service standards
- Support onboarding and training of housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards
- Monitor housekeeping productivity, workflow, and service delivery throughout shifts
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support VIP arrivals, special requests, deep-cleaning projects, and Lost & Found procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Report maintenance issues, operational concerns, and quality deficiencies promptly
- Maintain accurate operational records and support departmental reporting requirements
