As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the housekeeping team by training, scheduling, and overseeing team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
- Conduct routine checks of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and reviews of service areas, storage, and corridors.
- Report and promptly follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
