The Housekeeping Supervisor leads hotel housekeeping operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences.
The role is responsible for cleanliness and upkeep across guest rooms and hotel areas.
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping team members to maintain guest-room cleanliness and quality.
- Inspect checkout rooms, occupied rooms, service areas, storage, and corridors for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Report and follow up promptly on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Provide excellent service, including handling VIP and special guest requests.
