The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees hotel housekeeping and helps deliver memorable guest experiences through cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain guest-room cleanliness and quality.
- Inspect checkout rooms, occupied rooms, service areas, storage, and corridors.
- Report and follow up on maintenance and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
- Maintain inventory and housekeeping equipment.
- Support excellent guest service, including VIP and special guest requests.
