Through our Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI properties, Minor Hotels operates in 50+ countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America.
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
The Supervisor needs to assign the team's daily duties and inspect work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
You will oversee the development of your team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role within a Hotel and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
- Strong presentation skills and organisational skills
- High degree of self-awareness with demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement
