Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Coordinate with front office for room status updates.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
Train and guide housekeeping staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures.
