Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Inspect work to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly.
- Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with management to support daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A driving license is described as an advantage and also listed as required.
