The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor/Accommodation Supervisor oversees hotel cleanliness and supports memorable guest experiences.
Typical Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members to maintain guest-room cleanliness and quality standards.
- Inspect checkout rooms, occupied rooms, service areas, storage areas, and corridors for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Report and promptly follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Provide excellent guest service, including responding to VIP and special guest requests.
