- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the residence
- Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the property
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, living spaces, and service areas
- Oversee laundry operations, including delicate and high-end garment care
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household items; ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with other household staff (e.g., chefs, drivers, maintenance personnel) for seamless operations
- Handle special cleaning projects, events, and guest preparations
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and luxury finishes
- Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and best practices
- Address and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally
