Overview
- Supervisor oversees cleaning staff, ensures sanitation standards, manages schedules and supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assign tasks to housekeeping personnel, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure efficient cleaning operations in hotels, hospitals, offices, or other facilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize employee shifts, manage replacements, and coordinate team assignments to meet operational demands
- Compliance and Safety: Enforce sanitation, safety, and hygiene policies, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or replacements
