About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks across office, warehouse, and common areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Empty and replace trash bins, manage waste segregation per UAE environmental guidelines, and ensure disposal compliance.
• Maintain hygiene standards in restrooms, kitchens, and break areas—including restocking supplies and disinfecting fixtures.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers with safety awareness.
• Report facility maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, electrical hazards) to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while maintaining discretion and professionalism in client-facing areas.

Must-Have

• Commercial cleaning experience in office or industrial settings
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety standards
• Ability to operate basic cleaning machinery
• Fluency in spoken English (minimum conversational level)
• Valid UAE work visa or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven reliability and punctuality in past roles

Preferred

• Experience in logistics or warehouse environments
• Basic Arabic communication skills
• Previous training in OSHA or equivalent safety standards
