Role overview

Duties

• Receive and store stock appropriately and notify the supervisor of low stock.
• Maintain floor pantries, refill guest supplies, and deliver guest-room items such as extra beds and baby cots promptly.
• Deliver special guest requests with proper presentation and record who requested them, receipt and delivery times, and guest feedback.
• Assist guests and follow applicable hotel, Forbes, LQA, LRA, LQE, and FLHSS&E standards.
• Issue store items, keep stores organized, and remove soiled linens and towels for handover or linen-chute disposal.

Candidate requirements

• Senior high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in a luxury hotel and at least one year of housekeeping experience in luxury hotels.
• Good communication skills and ability to pull and push heavy loads.
• Hospitality-related vocational diploma, Middle East experience, and HotSOS experience are advantages.
