Role Overview

Room Cleaning and Preparation

• Prepare rooms for cleaning; dust and polish furniture; clean bathrooms, closets, bedrooms, and corridors; vacuum and maintain carpets.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies, amenities, and complimentary water according to operating standards.
• Remove used bed linen and terry, make beds with clean linen, replace laundry bags, and inspect or replace bathrobes.
• Clean closets and door tracks in check-out rooms and correctly place hangers, extra bedding, and luggage racks.
• Perform rotation cleaning, including carpet steaming, spring cleaning, and other deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Check and secure rooms and protect guest privacy; provide turndown service when required.
• Maintain assigned work areas and hotel property; update room status and return and restock the cart at shift end.

Guest Service

• Respond promptly to guest needs, calls, requests, and complaints; resolve issues and maintain positive guest relations.
• Explain hotel services and features and local attractions accurately when responding to guest inquiries.
• Support guest satisfaction and follow standard operating procedures.
