Manage housekeeping operations and teams across multiple client sites.
Requirements
- At least five years of housekeeping management experience; facility management company experience is preferred.
- Strong experience managing housekeeping teams and multiple sites.
- Good knowledge of cleaning standards, manpower planning, and site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Experience monitoring staff performance, attendance, and deployment.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Must be UAE-based and available to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites and supervise housekeeping supervisors and cleaning staff.
- Ensure appropriate manpower deployment and service quality; conduct site inspections and meet client requirements.
- Handle client concerns and operational issues; coordinate staff and manpower matters with HR and management.
- Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms, and site requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular management updates.
