Role Overview
The Housekeeper/Laundry Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of resident apartments and common areas while ensuring resident laundry is washed, dried, folded, and delivered promptly.
This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications
- Ability to understand, follow, and communicate instructions in English.
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Physical Requirements
- Perform moderate to heavy physical work throughout the majority of the shift.
- Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
- Push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Operate vacuums and other housekeeping equipment.
- Work in confined spaces around furniture and personal belongings.
- Maintain frequent interaction with residents.
- May be exposed to cleaning chemicals, unpleasant odors, heat, and communicable diseases.
