We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
The ideal candidate should ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, water, and other items
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces as per standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and materials
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
Requirements
- 3 years experience as housekeeping attendant in luxury hospitality
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
- Physically fit and able to work on feet for long hours
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and schedules
