Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas under supervisor guidance.

Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Collect keys and daily assignments and prepare the trolley and equipment for efficient work.
- Clean guest rooms, replenish room supplies, and maintain rooms according to hotel standards.
- Clean and replenish bathrooms while following safety standards.
- Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
- Inform Valet Service when guest clothes require laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing.
- Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
- Consider guest needs and maintain courtesy in guest rooms and public areas.
Standards and Procedures
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with organizational policies.
- Adhere to company environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to follow hotel policies, standards of performance, and operating procedures.
- Ability to follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work courteously in guest rooms and public areas while considering guest needs.
